For some reason, the Change Payment Method has stopped working and is returning an error message, Unable To Process This Payment. Please Try Again Or Use Alternative Method.
There are 2 options to get around this issue while we are trying to resolve it.
Option 1: Wait until your payment fails. You should be able to change your payment method (card number, expiration date, CVV) once your payment fails. You will receive an email 24 hours after your payment fails and you will be locked out of your course. You can then go to My Account > Account Info > My Payment Plan and click on the Pay button for the pending payment that failed. Although this is a payment plan, you should see the following:
That should allow you to add your new payment information. Once your payment completes, your course will automatically be unlocked and you can continue where you left off.
Option 2: Contact us before your payment fails. You can contact us and we can manually invoice you for one payment. Once you pay the invoice, you can forward us the paid receipt and we will adjust your next payment date to 2 weeks from your paid invoice date, or if you are on your last payment, we will mark your payment plan as expired and no more payments will be charged.
