We aim to grade in a manner consistent with how employers evaluate candidates during phone or in-person interviews. This includes factors such as voice clarity, articulation, pacing, and overall delivery. Employers also have the opportunity to listen to your audio responses, so it's important to provide your best possible answers.
Here is how the grading works:
- 2/4 if you provide the correct answer or something close to it
- 3/4 if you provide a correct answer and also spoke very well (fluency) with little to no filler words and long pauses
- 4/4 if you provide a perfect answer with nearly no room for improvement
