The CourseCareers Help Center is hosted by Zendesk, a third-party platform, which is separate from the CourseCareers website. The help center does NOT require you to sign in to submit a request or browse the FAQs.
On the article page, if you try to vote on whether the article was helpful or not or if you click on the Sign In link in the header you will be prompted to sign in. This 'Sign in to CourseCareers' is NOT the same sign-in as the one on the CourseCareers website. This is ONLY for the help center. If you have submitted a request from the help center or you have contacted support through info@coursecareers.com since Dec 6, 2022 then you are already registered with the email you used when contacting CourseCareers support and will just need to create a password.
