As long as you can communicate at a business-English level, an accent shouldn't be a problem. A good chunk of your communication will be done electronically, and any face-to-face is mostly input, but just do your best with speaking and take your time if you have to. Your ultimate success isn't necessarily dependent on perfect spoken grammar or an accent, but it is good to keep improving when you can!
