Previously, we could easily switch your course within your 14-day refund period, however, since we migrated off WordPress and now have a new payment platform, we do not have that capability anymore. The developers will be adding this feature in the near future and once we have that capability again, this FAQ will be updated to reflect that.
As a workaround, if you are within your 14-day refund period, you can get a refund and then repurchase the course. The only caveat to that, is that affiliate promotional discounts are only for first-time purchasers. When you purchase the new course, whether you received a discount originally or not, you will not be able to get an affiliate discount.
If you do get a refund, your course progress for the refunded course will be saved which is good to know if you decide to re-purchase the course in the future.
We use Stripe to do our payment processing and this is their information about refunds:
It may take a few days for the money to reach the customer's bank account.
An Acquirer Reference Number (ARN) will be available in 1–3 business days.
It may take 5-10 business days for funds to settle.
