We cannot reschedule payments. Your payment will be charged to your credit card on the scheduled date. If it fails, you will lose access to your course only until the payment is completed successfully. We will automatically retry processing your card daily until the payment is completed successfully or until 30 days have passed. If the payment has not been completed within 30 days your course and payment plan will be put on hold and no more payments will be charged unless you manually go into your account and make a payment to reactivate your course. Once your course is completely paid for it will remain activated, otherwise, it will only remain active for two weeks and then you will have to make another manual payment.
Your next payment due date can be seen on your Account > Details page. If you wish to make a payment before your scheduled payment date, you are welcome to do so. It will mark your upcoming payment as paid and will create a new payment due date for your next payment if any payments are left. If no payments are left, your payment plan block will disappear.
