There are three main reasons you may see the Purchase Course button instead of the Continue Course button.
-
Make sure you are signing in with the same email address that you were signed in with when you purchased the course. The only exception is if you have gone to your Profile > Manage account page and changed your email address. In that case, you must be signing in with your updated email address.
- If you are enrolled in a payment plan, make sure your payment has not failed. Your course access will be removed immediately when your payment fails. Our payment system will automatically keep trying to charge your credit card daily until a successful payment is made. Once the payment is successful, you will have access to your course again and can continue where you left off. You can manage your payment plan to make a payment or change credit cards by going to your Account page.
- On your Account page, make sure you have the correct Selected Career Path set. If not, click the correct career path to set it. If it is already selected, you can try doing the following steps.
- Click All Course to go to the explore page.
-
-
-
-
- Click Explore <your career path>.
-
-
-
-
- Click Continue Course.
99.9% of the time, it is one of the issues above, but if none of them apply to you, you can try the following:
- Try using a different device or browser.
- Sign out and close all windows and tabs that are opened to the CourseCareers website and then sign back in.
- Open an incognito window and sign in to CourseCareers. If you can access your course that way, then clear your browser’s cache and cookies for CourseCareers and try signing back in using a normal window.
