To get a refund for the course (and cancel the payment plan if you opted for the payment plan), it must be within the 14-day window from purchasing the course. Just contact us with the subject line I want a refund and include your enrolled course name, first name, last name, and either your order number or the email address you use to sign in with on CourseCareers. You are not required to give us a reason, but it would be nice to know if there was something we could have done differently that would have made you decide to continue with the course.

It may take a few days for the money to reach the customer's bank account.
An Acquirer Reference Number (ARN) will be available in 1–3 business days.
It may take 5-10 business days for funds to settle.
I purchased the wrong course and would like to be switched to another course.
*Users that have finished the course and received their certificate of completion are not eligible for a refund or to be switched to another course, even if they are within the 14-day period.
